Hello.
I recently played a game with my buddy in the lobby. After that, we went again but found ourselves banned for over a year. I found a post on the forum where another guy had the same problem and it turns out his friend's name broke the rules. Apparently, my friend used a rather "questionable" name and I didn't even notice what his name is. It's his first time playing and he didn't know about the rules, but now he does. We apologize and ask to continue playing. Thanks in advance.Ban IDs:

what was the name that was banned? it appears that i banned two trolls and if you were caught up in it by accident you will be reinstated.

@roman-dumych well thats partly your answer right there, i see you have been around a while so you should know racist names are strictly forbidden, and abusing the slap option is also frowned upon.

Please no politics, stay respectful, be welcoming, have fun."we have had recent trouble with trolls who abuse the slap option and have been warned and booted and it appeared that you two were the same, i will have an admin check it out and if you are the same persons the ban might stay in place, if not the ban will be lifted.
you should tell your friend that tripleA has some rules and copying or trolling mods and admins names is not allowed neither are offensive names, as should be common sense.
i am not sure why you just didnt stick with this user name but having alias names isnt against the rules as long as all the names are cool.
we will get back to you as soon as possible.

@silverbullet He used the slap feature just for the heck of it; I didn't even know that this feature existed. He wasn't really trolling, he just slapped me as a joke, and neither of us knew what it was for. As for the name, I didn't notice my friend's username until I asked him after the ban. The word isn't offensive to him, but I told him that it doesn't matter. I assure you we are not the trolls who abuse the slap feature; my friend is playing for the first time and I haven't played in the lobby in a long time.

@roman-dumych ok, to show you that this wasnt personal i will lift the bans, for now, but an admin will still look into the matter and the ban can be restored if it is warranted. i am hoping all goes well in the future!
