      I have looked everywhere I could think and still do not know how to edit saved games. I want to give certain technology to various countries at the start of a game rather than allocate funds to do random attempts at tech.

      Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

        @ezgaming best way is to use the built in edit function in the engine

          @ubernaut thank you - I should have clarified. In the case that I have the in game editor appears to be missing a few technologies. It's weird right? Maybe I need to look deeper into the in game editor... Thanks

            @ezgaming yeah idk never seen that unless the techs have prerequisite techs

              You didn't specify which game/map.

              Check out 41 GCD (1941 Global Command Decision). The Japanese, Americans and British are given techs at the beginning of the game.
