Italy didn't collect their income. I can't remember how I did it, but I think it changed TTys after endTurn.
Anyway, I'll add up wihat they had and give it to them. You'll then have to edit that amount to G and still accept the prompt which charges the 5 bucks.
It's also problematic when they're being convoyed. I think I hand rolled for that.
