@ubernaut : Maybe giving them to bots corrupted them? So, better to give them to humans? But that'll presumably only help in the future/in a redo.
I have pretty much saves for every step of Japan's turn. And the first ones with the corrupted neutral players are, as I would expect, at the start of ncm so after the lobby game. Now I can redo them from before combat, either in PBEM mode with new rolls, or edit the rolls we had on the lobby game, or we can redo them in the lobby with new rolls and neutrals assigned to humans (thereby testing if the neutrals are not corrupted when they are controlled by humans).

@ubernaut Not right now. Got to take care of rl stuff for the next hour or so. If you say you know what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future, I'll redo it in PBEM whenever I get around to it.

These are the new stats:

Japan regular : 1,67
Russia regular : -0,83
Britain regular : -0,42

As you can see, they are way better. I didn't edit out the additional loses from before in Bengal and Far Eastern Rebulic.
