Russia regular : -0,83
Britain regular : -0,42

As you can see, they are way better. I didn't edit out the additional loses from before in Bengal and Far Eastern Rebulic.

@Doki-Doki Fair warning: We are both going pretty slowly during this game and the last few games, so also most likely in any future games. We already planned to have a game with sped-up-tech house rules. I don't think we planned to invite others to it. @ubernaut correct me if you would be open to it, but I didn't think so.
