@malmessi This was a change from 2.8 to 3.0. The AA from Advanced Hulls was reduced from 3 to 2, but on the other hand, most AA units, including the teched-up cruisers, got their AA rolls changed from shooting only in the first round to shooting every round that you keep them.

@ubernaut: If the patch replaces all files, it will overwrite the changes that fixed the carrier bug. So I guess we can patch and then replace the game XMLs again. More elegantly, we can try to get the patched XML into the GitHub files.

I just tested, and the patch does replace the XMLs back. I already replaced them with the patched ones. Let me know if you did too.

@lafayette can we get the patches incorporated and push another update? bc it sounds like the latest update would have actually broken the map for anyone that caught this latest update

@ubernaut: Funnily enough, further in that thread, they discuss putting it in the GitHub repo. Seems to me that something went wrong there.

@Nothingtoseehere well the other thing that happened there was we replaced a few problematic images for vichy france sounds like maybe that’s all that was fixed in the and not the previous fixes @lafayette
