          @ubernaut No worries. I'm not in a position to throw stones when it comes to taking your sweet time when the move is somewhat non-obvious and you are busy in real life.

                  @ubernaut This tech drought is extreme. I'd like to introduce a house rule for extreme tech droughts like this. Let me know what you think.
                  So, fix number 1, which I like more, would be to pick a threshold of 24 or 18 tech dice. At this point, if you don't get a tech through the roll, you can pick a tech via edit either for free or edit down the remaining tech dice by something like 9 or 12.
                  The second fix would be to grant extra tech for additional successes when you eventually get some. I don't like this one since it's very volatile, and if you get only one success eventually, it doesn't actually help to catch up after a drought.

                                  @ubernaut By the way, I think my idea is slightly slower but pretty similar to LL for tech, which, in my opinion, has just the right amount of volatility for tech (LL for tech, I mean). My only complaint with LL for tech is that it makes the third RC so much less useful than it is with tech with dice.
