ps i had an idea abt the tech, which is sort of in between our ideas, i can explain next time we battle but i think it might be balanced enuf to work with both shared and unshared tech

@ubernaut By the way, I think my idea is slightly slower but pretty similar to LL for tech, which, in my opinion, has just the right amount of volatility for tech (LL for tech, I mean). My only complaint with LL for tech is that it makes the third RC so much less useful than it is with tech with dice.
