I have 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 and all I get is access to boxes.yea, that is the naming issue in downloadedMaps. They will all work when correctly named. 2.5 to 2.7 changed the way maps DL now, causing some overlap issues.

heh heh so the first Plase phase is for special units only. This is Player Enforced. Russia will rarely use it. Basically, just when they upgrade a Factory or move it underground.
The Reich uses it the most, due to their large number of special units.
Anyway, I will move your 3 tanks to Novgorod and one to Ukraine.
The other's I'll place in Moscow, although the Bombers technically could be placed at the other Factories. All the other units have to be produced in Moscow.Let us know if that works or if you would've placed differently.
Don't worry, a few turns and it'll all start to feel natural. A couple games and you won't even think about it
