@crockett36 So my intention was to buy 11 infantry for 30. If that is not what it seems than I want to replace them with 10 infantry or 3 guards units and the rest infantry.

@crockett36 Hi crocket, in order to purcahse and place 11 total war infantry, you need to place them all at the same complex. Since the Moscow complex normally allows 10 units to be placed, you need to upgrade it first to heavy industry for 3 IPC so that you can place up to 12 units at that factory site. This can be done the same turn.

Also I lend-leased you three British tanks. Unless you really don't want these, you need pay 1 IPC for each unit to convert them to Russian ones. This is normally decided when the UK or USA player moves these units to Russian territory and then the Russian player is forced to convert these units. However I must admit I didn't really discuss this move with you so if you just want to leave them there that's OK with me.

So my recommendation is you swap out the Russian minor in Finland for a heavy industry in Moscow, convert the three British tanks in Caucasus and do something else with the remaining 4 IPCs. Then you can make a NCM with the three new Russian tanks (you can move and attack with these units the turn they are converted but since you already did your turn it's better at this point if you just make a NCM with them).
