Everything looks good, however the Russians may only have two Tank Generals on the board and you are purchasing your third one. That is allowed, but you aren't allowed to place it unless one of them gets destroyed in combat during your turn.
Also, I would recommend to move a tank to Shensi to prevent the Japanese from attacking Kansu with 4 tanks and aircraft, destroying your tanks.

And when attacking Norway, make sure to select the fortification last as casualty. It is actually not a unit, but an upgrade to an infantry and gives defense +1. But TripleA can only handle them as separate units, so you need to be careful with that.

You can only buy Mass Tanks once per turn.
Once Total War kicks in, you can combine Mass Tanks with Total War Tanks
So you can get 6 Tanks for 22 bucks. You need to place in Moscow. It will allow you to place in Stalingrad. That's just because theoretically, you could upgrade the minor to a major and then be able to place 6 Tanks there.
But, I'm gonna remove that, as you need to use edit for buying more than 1 set of TotalWar Tanks anyway.
Eg you upgrade the Moscow Fctry to Hvy Ind. You buy MassTanks and TotalWar Tanks for 22 bucks. Then you buy a regular set of MassTanks for 25 bucks. You have to use edit as there is no regular MassTank unit that the other Nations have.
Easiest, is to just edit an extra 5 bucks so you can buy the extra Tank. This is an extremely rare situation. I think i've only had it happen once.
Rail movement is free. Click on the Rail icon and the unit you want to move in NCM and then move it. The Rail unit can continue to move, so I leave the Rail and the unit moved at it's final destination until ncm is over.
Correct movement is Player Enforced. So don't travel through newly conquered TTys.
Rare situations will require edit.

I will make MassTanks only able to place once for next update. For your current turn, you bought two MassTanks for 24 bucks. What I recommend, is placing the 6 MaasTanks and add 2 PUs to your bank, as TotalWar Tanks would only be 22 bucks for 6 Tanks.That would leave you with 4 bucks. I would also discard the TG. As Victory pointed out, you can only have 2. That is Player Enforced build. I can't make triplea do it, as they also change to an "Active" status.
That gives you 12 bucks left to spend. Go ahead and place TG and remove, then use edit to add any additional builds and adjust your PU total if needed.

Also, you need to deactivate the TG from 1st Tank that is in Kansu because you only have 4 Tanks now. You have to undo all the moves related to 1st Tank and then before moving out of the box, swap him for an inacive TG. Blue dot.Or, if you want to Take Victory's advice, just move it to Shensi and swap it out with a Tank from Kansu, assuming they win there battle, after combat.

Another reminder for Norway battle, if 1st Corps becomes disbanded due to casualties, you have to take the Commisar as a hit first. Otherwise it'll keep giving it's bonus.So you need to have 1 Tank, 1 Arty and 1 Inf alive to keep the Commisar alive. You can edit it him back in after battle by swapping with a survivor. @crockett36 I took the fortification and an infantry off and tried to replace it with a tank, but too late.

Pretty good crockett. Just a few things.
The Fortification you can leave as is for battle. Removing the Inf and Fort and replacing with a Pnzr would have worked too but you need to do that before you move any attackers into the TTy.
Otherwise it won't take place in the battle.The Fort will give the +1 D to 1 Inf correctly. You just need to not take the Fortification as a casualty until all the Defenders have been slain.
You moved the Tank from Urals in CM to take Arch, so it can't move in NCM. Also for Rail, you don't need to use edit except rarely.
You click on the Rail unit in NCM and then the unit you want to move and then move them.You can only move to TTys that you controlled at the start of your turn. So can't move to Arch. I will move the Tank back and put the Inf back in Moscow. Then you can let me know where you want to Rail him if anywhere.
Another thing is to not send the Tokens into battle. Triplea will want to take them as hits, so it's easier just to regroup in NCM.
I'm gonna tidy up a bit and repost before J1 Purchase.

I rolled a dice in the app and came up with a 5 or 6 and then a 4. That should be in your email. I got 5 hits first round and more than enough second round. I

yea the result worked out correctly. You can see the rolls in History and G only got one hit 2nd rd included which would be counted for the 6th die
