So in the below shot, we can see that we're on Engine Version 2.17.14890 right below the Army dude icon.

Below that, shows the saved game we have loaded below Loaded Savegame:

This didn't work because when I clicked on the above saved game link, it flew past this event and went right to the Russia 1.

one of these works and the other version does not.

This is correct. Commissars, elites, and a lot of other untis can only be placed in the Capital. Note that you can buy only one elite a turn.

(An elite is essentially an infantry, but it rolls two dice for attack and defense. But you can buy only one of them each round, and only may have one of each in a territory).

Just took a look at the R1 save file. Everything looks good! Just need to remove two elites, that's all.

And if you click on "Play By Forum" and do it like this

And then click on "Post Turn Summary" at the end of your turn

It will automatically post.

global_40_Expansion_uhd_boxes-master shouldn't be in your TripleA folder, but in your downloadedMaps folder. However, since you were able to load this game without problems, nothing needs to change really. You can delete the one thats inside the TripleA folder since it does nothing except taking up space.

I don't get that option because I'm doing pbem.

If you boot up triplea, load the save file, then click on "Play By Forum", start the game, and do your turn, it should show up. At any time you can switch from Play By Email to Play By Forum.

I think the issue is how many folders and what should the folders look like? Where does the map go? I can't load any maps currently.
