Nice clean turn crockett. Only one issue. The Damaged BB. It shoulda been a CV but I didn't bother changing it since I assumed it'd just get repaired anyway
Anyway can only have 6 Ftrs on the CVs. The other 2 or combination of, can go to London or Spain. Or even Scotland but yea, you don't wanna do that anyway

Only one issue UK can't do Total War Builds in India.

So you can switch to 5 Mech in India or reconfigure your build as how you'd like

I now have it on the list to prevent Total War builds in India for next update.Also, You can do Total War Builds anywhere else they'd qualify. For eaxample JPN can build a Major in Korea and do Total War Builds. Same with UK if they upgrade S AF Fctry to Hvy Ind they could then do Total War Air builds. Romainia and if Italy is taken over the reich can build there as well etc ...
Basically for UK you just can't use India.

So I think I want to repair and put the factory underground. Simply buy underground factory for 4 and heavy industry for 3?

Yea you would repair and then place a Undrg 1st place phase. If also upgrading to Hvy you have to get creative with edit.
Edit a Undrg Fctry before you place. Then place both the Undrg and Hvy Undrg in first place. Remove the Undrg so you are just left with Hvy Undrg

It's probably not necessary for the Soviets to also update to Hvy Ind, at this time anyway. -

So the Paras at Rome is a good question. Since Rome has been conquered and the reich had also taken it over previously, it is no longer a active Capital in my understanding.I will ask The Captain for clarification.
