                So the Paras at Rome is a good question. Since Rome has been conquered and the reich had also taken it over previously, it is no longer a active Capital in my understanding.

                I will ask The Captain for clarification.

                The only way to kill the U-boats that are in Subpens is to take over the TTy the pens are in.

                The Waffen Panzer General rcommands like a Waffen Army. Only need 3 same as other Waffen Armies.

                  @beelee There are fourteen units in the army group by my count. They roll additional 10 to 12 dice for being so configured. Is that correct?

                        So AG Center has 1 active Panzer Army and a waffen Army for the two Armies required plus a 2nd inactive Panzer Army and waffen Army for the additional 10 land units required to make the AG.

                        Only the 1st Panzer Army gets it's bonus as well as the AG 2 roll bonus on defense and offense.

                        You can have 3 Commisars total. Ideally they will each be leading a Corps

                        SSR can destory it's Fctrys, except for Moscow, at any time in the game. Whether it's their turn or not. So no need to kill now.

                        So back to the AG it would get 10 rolls at 3 for the active Panzer Army and 2 rolls on either offense or defense for being a AG. The rest of the units will roll individually. Their Armies are inactive

                          I would suggest to repair and move the Moscow Fctry Undrg. Thats 14 bucks. Sadly that only leaves you with 19. A dollar short of a TG and Mass tanks.

                          Since you already have enough Tanks for a Tank Army in Moscow, buy a TG and 3 Partisans, for E POL Vyborg and Baltic STs.
                          You got 8 bucks left now. I always like a Elite if I can. Grab another dude and a couple LMs or just go with 5 Rockets for a counterattack somewhere.

                          Withdraw Bryansk to Moscow leaving a blocker and put one in Smolensk too. You can then form 1st AG when your purchases hit at end turn in Moscow.

                          Actually just 2 Partisans. Take E POL with the Elite. Buy another rocket or roll with a couple INF or 6 LMs how evere you wanna roll

                                    yes but if you don't fully repair you can't go underground. The Hvy Bmbr is impervious to AA. Ftrs only way to defend against it

                                            Rockets are hit or miss. great when they work bummer when they don't. I like them for small counterattacks that I need. Also the more the better when you launch. Don't hold back 🙂

                                            LMs good because they never die until stepped on once dug in
