Sorry I am still not doing the armies correctly. I switched out 2nd Tank General for the pieces before Combat but then afterwards I tried to put them back in their box but couldn't.
I think it won't matter as you can't attack Romania on G11 anyway but still ...... -

I do also have this "problem". I guess you can move units in EDIT mode only during combat and non-combat move, as long as you have not moved any other unit in or out of that TT.
So best practise is to do the units which need to be done in EDIT mode (paratroops, LCV, AT) first, than the other units.
In case you want to organize your armies or else after your placement phase, you need to select the units and than click on "Remove Selected Units".
After that you add them into the TT or Box you want to.
I organized you 2nd tank army in Romania and activated your General.
You did use an in-active Tank General (blue dot instead of red dot) for the battle in Romania. It didn´t matter for that battle thouh.....

I guess you can move units in EDIT mode only during combat and non-combat move, as long as you have not moved any other unit in or out of that TT.
hmm ... that's odd. It doesn't happen for me. You can only move in CM or NCM with edit but as long as the unit has a move factor, it can move at anytime.
Can't move into neutral TTys or SZs. I wonder if it's a windows thing ? I'll see if I can get triplea to fire up on windows and test it.

But yea, you can't Add units to a TTy with edit after already having moved from that TTy. I think it does allow you to delete though. You can move into it with edit though. -

I missed to do the SBRss on Belarus and Bryansk in Edit Modde, and of course 1 Hvy bomber was shoot down (they should be immune against AA fire, and the work-around for this is to do the SBRs with Hvy. bombers in Edit mode)
Hence I used the dice bot for the SBR on Belarus, since this Bomber was shoot down.
So 9 IPC bombing damage.

yea I don't think edit works for SBR. Actually I think it might throw a error. I can't remember. I'll have to test it and update the notes.
I guess I could look into changing Fctrys. It gets kinda complex or at least for me but it might be able to be done

Yea triplea can't do that.
I can make it work with Elite, because you can only have 1 per TTy. With Tigers, you can have 6 plus 2 that can be upgraded, so they limit out at 8.
If I limit to 3, then if you have 3 there from a previous turn, it won't let you place.

@beelee Hey Beelee! I think we may be in need of some technical help here. Not sure how it happened but 2nd Tank General for Russkies is located in Romania. However, it is showing as 2nd Commissar Army twice. One in the Army Group in E. Poland and again in Romania and I cannot locate the 2nd Tank Army icon anywhere. Not sure exactly what is going on with that.

so end of previous turn it was replaced with 2nd Corps instead of 2nd tank
so just swap it out for 2nd tank. 2nd Corps is a part of AG 1 which is what it was doing previously.
Also, you didn't have 2nd tank active when it attacked. Make sure to activate it before you do any CM

2nd Tank Icon was removed when the Tanks were moved to the 2nd Tank box
Then 2nd Corps was added to Romainia instead of 2nd Tank. Easy to do. Wonder if a light shade of yellow for the Corps would help ? I don't know how to do that without it looking hack.
