Probably shoulda kept the stalingrad Fctry. I got em setup to auto fry. Maybe I should change them ? Let the player make the decision.Idk, it's just for the starting locations, so if they move they won't fry. I thought it'd be easier on the player but not so sure now. @beelee Agree with changing the autofry. I still struggle with the PG's and Armies. So I went crazy with Edit to get the Waffen PG battle correct for W. Ukraine - that was successful as it only lasted one round and the PG was unscathed. But the PG and 5 Panzers which moved from Germany to E. Poland should be 2nd Panzer but I couldn't get Edit to let me do it. My experience is that I can only Edit Move back and forth from the boxes in Combat Move but not NCM.

Oh ? You should be able todo both. Worse case you can remove and place at end turn if you want.

Here is an example for the CM.
First thing to check is that all units are activated that need be, as you can't change them after they move or sometimes you can but they won't show up in battle then.
So changed the ss PG to active and the Oberst in HOL as well. Oberst 4 as he's supporting a Waffen Pnzr.
Then we move 1st Waffen Pnzr out of there box. I always like to move it to where the token was and then move again for there actual CM. Or just move directly to there end point.
Not a huge issue but limits potential mistakes.The Oberst 4 will move naturally with no edit.

I didn't do your full ncm just the edit moves.I moved 1st Waffn Pnzr back to his box and created 2nd Waffen in Normandy.
2nd Pnzr also forms and moves to it's box and token is placed in Belarus.Note 2nd Pnzr must be inactive.
You can also adjust the composition of AG Center at this point as well. Anything you can do by moving is easier than remove/add.
If you forget, you can remove/add during place or after end turn.
There a few too many Waffn Pnzrs in Belarus
so I'll remove them and try and get R out after bit. -

If you want, fire up History and you can see how I move in and out of the Boxes in ncm. Once in History and edit comes on, you have to click on History top right bar or it won't show the detailed moves.
Other wise you just click next as you cruise through History. For Combat, gotta click on the specific battle to get detailed results.
I usually just check purchase, combats and any edit moves
