            I know it's a bit time consuming and not as much fun as actually playing, but it it is important to do the after action reports imo.

            We still need our game 2.

            I know you have a family and a job while I'm just waiting on the reaper, so if you don't have time I can do it but think it's best if we alternate 🙂

Without you, our little Triple A G40 HRE community would disappear as one small thing 🙂 Yes, me and Pizza started a G40 boardgame recently and when done with that, I will post it and our Game 2. But believe it or not, I am not 100% sure how to post a screen shot, which I would need to do for the Game Report. Lots going on at the house today but will try to get US/UK 10 out. Donkeys and 9'ers have had a whole lot more success than the Texans or Oilers before them. Zero Super Bowl appearances between them let alone victories 😞 Being relevant is as good as it gets for us - which we are now since we finally have a good Head Coach.

                  @beelee I have never seen either of those screens you are showing me. Yes, I am on Windows. Okay, I am attacking SZ 6 and Tokyo. Battle calc says 100% chance of me winning but that is not taking kamikazes into account I am sure. File coming in next post

                    there are no Kamikazes except the Captain's which is different. You will need to edit a "Home Defense" token to JPN, although I can't remember. i think it won't work. Will need to add the 2 Inf Manually.

                      @beelee Allies don't like the direction this war is going. D-Day Landing was successful but there's a solid wall in West Germany keeping us from going further. In the Pacific, no progress made but Nimitz has ordered that the IJN be decisively engaged. His subordinates have warned him about kamikazes so sake was secretly air dropped into Yokohama Naval Yard for three straight days before the Yank Navy arrived in hopes of that effecting their aim. Churchill not so sure that the Yanks are using their noggins but FDR has intelligence reports of Stalin getting demolished on their Eastern front by a bunch of Nippon tanks and planes so desperate times call for desperate measures!!!!!

                        Duce says no scramble. They will drink vino instead.

                        So I edited in the 2 Inf and the HD token. I had to undo the US landing, place the dudes and then reland just so you know how it works.

                              I haven't checked save yet but when I removed the US Trprts you till had close to 80% victory. Albeit only 10 TUV change and 8 units left on avg.

                              Well gg. Another tough battle for sure. I think you had a chance after the landing to send everything at W GER with US/UK.

                              SSR also had a suprior Force on E Front but that woulda been more dicey. Still a combined 1-2 punch woulda been hard on the reich.

                                Only 2 out of 14 at 3 . That's harsh. If the 1st rd goes bad in these big battles, it's usually not a good outcome.

                                      @beelee I hadn't checked the battle results like you did but I did think it awful strange that on the 1st round it said I had 8 hits and you had 17. I knew at that point I would probably lose but wanted to play it out because I was thinking that the battle calculator was just off. But as you pointed out, it was just a plain old-fashioned severe dicing of the worst kind. Oh well. C'est la vie as people say in your country's eastern provinces.

                                        Yea the first rd is key. If it goes close to normal, then usually the whole battle will, although a 2nd rd dicing can still hurt as well in a Huge battle.

                                        That's why I try to avoid them. Especially naval ones, as the units are so expensive.
                                        Sometimes it can't be helped or the gamble seems worth it 🙂
