@beelee The rule makes sense. Six months to build up extensive fortifications sounds about right. Also prevents exploits like USA liberating Philippines with a large number of folks and immediately fortifying all of them

Just heard from Captain. Hes says they've been playing with the AC for 2 years and that it works well. Especially for US and Germany

@beelee Yes, I can see that. Not so sure it works great for USSR except in an all-out Moscow defense scenario. I think it works best for Yanks in the Europe sector. Unless that pending Heavy Aircraft Carrier can carry four planes

@beelee 1st Commissar Army is in Belarus (2 tanks/one mech). I didn't bother with trying to figure out how to do the box since I remember it being kind of complicated while USSR at peace.

yea you don't need to use edit to move the LMs with a Engnr. Click on Engnr and the LMs you want to move and then you're good to go

Not a big deal but I usually arm them at end turn after placeEdit 3
I guess they dig them in though after the Engnr moves them, so that'd be correct rulewise. I was just thinking of when new ones are placed and armed.As I said, no big deal. I over analyze stuff sometimes.
