The Tactical Guide on the website was in kinda sad shape.
It's been given a facelift! Check it out.. Not quite to the quality as the original PDF, but at least minimally useful now.
If anyone wants to help take a crack at better formatting, and if someone is a Jekyll/SCSS wiz, then please go ham on styling!
