      I activated the Commisar in Rostov to Commisar 2. That means the Commisar and the Arty each get an extra roll. I put the inactive Commisar in 1st Corps Box.

      So Rostov has Commisar 2 Arty 2 Inf which is 1st Corps. They have to start there turn together in order to be active.

        Yea you getting it dialed in 🙂 Moved the Elite to Scotland to be rule compliant. I mean why not have a double hitter there for 3 bucks 🙂

        Nippon under some heavy pressure. RAF took a bit of a hiding off GIB but you sunk the BB. Royal Navy still in the Med.

        Maybe U-boats can do some damage. For 4 bucks those things are huge for the Kriegsmarine. Every dollar spent there takes away from the SSR though.

        It's a balance or maybe not. I've never seen a 30 build lol

        I forgot to move 2 Inf to N Italy so I edited. I coulda just placed 2 there for the same result but 😊

        Also, if you notice in History when the Para attacked Syria he activated Iraq.

        That is incorrect so have to switch em back when that happens. Sometimes you can manipulate the path and not have to do it.

        Anyway, Duce wanted to upstage adolph and kicked off the war to rid the World of the scourge of communism.

        You get 10 free bucks of dudes to place or save in the bank for SSR

        Yea we just add them after the turn. I suppose in some high stakes tornament play you should follow the rule to the T as it could affect the Axis NCM but it's a Gentlemans game here on triplea 🙂

                        @beelee As I understand page 38, those higgins boats that only the USA had and no other nation had anything as effective, those higgins boats can't reach British Isles.

                            Incorrect. They can move 1 space in water and then 2nd space in land. Need to use edit. If starting at a NB, can move 2 water then 1 to land.

                            Surface Ships, including Trprts block movement. Subs don't.

                            Are no restrictions on where they can go if the above conditions are met

                            Ahh I think I get your point. Threw me off at first with the USA 🙂

                            So yea, a little extreme a LCV could hit S America from GIB. The Captain created the mod to be played with the physical board, so i guess he could make special limitations but my experience is he won't.

                            One could use an overlay like Voldot uses at the other site https://www.axisandallies.org/forums/topic/42262/modular-g40-map-overlays-sz-splits-cartography-fixes-new-victory-cities-and-more?_=1773633915352

                            for the physical board. Triplea can be changed as well but it basically changes from a mod to almost a new map/game at that point.

                            Could extend 91 to the West and 89 to the East. It woud affect a Brazil shuck or at least delay an early use of the Brazil units by a rd.

                            Anyway, that's how HRE rolls with it. You might wanna interview The Captain again and tell him your impressions 🙂

                            Personally I'd be OK with a bigger S Atlantic. It most likely favors the Axis I would think.

                            Idk though. I never really see any LCVs go to S America. It's obviously possible but unlikely. I think it better not to over complicate it and just roll as is 🙂
