          hmm ... I'm not entirely sure if that's accurate. The 26 defending at 25 would only defend against Ships in 25 moving into 26

          Idk though. These are kinda new and that hasn't come up before.

          uggh nvm just being stupid. The NMs are defending in 26 at 25 which means that any ship going to 25 from 26 must cross them

            @beelee I just read thru the Naval Mines rulebook and if I understand correctly, I think Alex did it right. They only defend from one SZ to another. Then Escorts can sweep them by rolling three dice and a 1 sweeps it. But I never build NM's so maybe I am wrong

              nope i was just screwing up. NMs in 26 defend at 25 so any ships in 26 going to 25 have to roll for them.

                    So the above is incorrect. Ships in 26 can sail to 25 and not cross the NMs

                                @beelee Not sure if this is legal or if I messed up:

                                Can I land my Bombers on regular carriers? 1 per ship? (I know you can use that ratio on the heavy carriers.)

                                Background is that I moved them to attack but then realized after rolling that they cannot land anywhere but the carriers (2 moves remaining)

                                  Yea you can only land on Hvy CVs. Right now it allows all Bmbrs to land on any CV for any Player.

                                  I have changed it in next update so that you can't land them until Hvy CVs become available and then only for JPN and USA.

                                  You still have to PE them though.

                                  Also you can land 2 Bmbrs on a Hvy or 1 Bmbr and 2 other Planes.

                                  so you got Bombard hits and you have to be careful not to send too many Ships. You only had 7 dudes and fired 9 Bombards. So in that case you would've just had your CAs join in NCM.

                                  You only got 4 hits so no biggie I'd say there.

                                  Then we discount two of the Bmbr hits. I count and I think triplea basically does as well, the cheaper unit first. So the 4s would go Tac and then 3 Bmbrs.

                                  All of that still adds up to all the Yanks dying. I guess just move your Bmbrs back to their starting position and move them in NCM.

                                  I haven't looked at any of your other battles yet because you would've used them there. Will see if it would have made a difference.

                                  So you had 3 Bmbrs you could have used. Here's start of Combat

                                  It seems logical that you would have sent 1 more Bmbr to Suiyuyan as you only had 1 Air unit there. The other 2 support 2 of the other 3 battles.

                                  Suiyuyan is the only one where it may have made a difference.

                                  So I suggest rolling for 1 Bmbr and if he hits then change control to JPN and put your dead dude and Bmbr back.

                                  If that all seems reasonable to you, you can use the in game Dice Roller, just take a pic of it or the dicebot at the other site.

                                  If your Bmbr misses then you'd still suffer the original losses and outcome. Just the additional Bmbr would live.

                                  Anyway, if that's not to confusing I am OK with that outcome.

                                  I guess to be super accurate we could toss out the last two CA rolls so the Yank Ftr woulda lived and got one more crack at a hit.

                                  Actually the Shensi battle would have been affected too. Manch and Korea both had 4:1 attack ratio so it seems you'd have sent anothet Bmbr to Shensi too.

                                  Just follow the steps for the Suiyuyan Battle

                                    You could land them on heavy carriers in SZ20.
                                    To do this, you would have to buy two, but you can only buy one per turn.
                                    So one bomber would have to be lost...
                                    To do this, you would have to adjust your purchase, but you would need the Allies' consent.

                                    I also saw that you bought a Hvy Minor Upgrade.
                                    Unfortunately, you can only upgrade ICs that have existed since the beginning of the game.

                                          @beelee Thanks all for the feedback (including the detailed break down), I'll take another look at this tomorrow and see how I can fix it the easiest. I think I'll re-do the turn taking one of the transports from Russia down to make up for the naval fire limitations, I'll send my Bombers somewhere else (in range) and likely place it to take a hit on one still to keep it somewhat similar to this outcome.

                                          For the shore bombardments, if I have 1 INF supported by a heavy battleship, do I get the usual 2x dice or do I still get capped at the 1 die/INF?

                                          Again, apologies for the major mess up on this one

                                            No worries.

                                            Yea the Hvy BB will give 2 support shots even if you only have 1 dude. It should only give 1 shot in that case but triplea can't do that. So 2 Dudes and a Hvy BB and a CA would give 3 shots when should only have 2.

                                            So in the first example you would need to hand roll and then edit that into the battle.
