Map Creator Part 1- Center Picker

Hello All,
I have been working on creating an ISR version of Axis and Allies 1940 2nd edition. Being new at map making, I have run into a few difficulties trying to create a new map. From what I have read, the 2nd version of the Triple A Map Creator is full of bugs and does not work.
As of currently, I have been trying to use the first version but I keep running into this error message every time I start. Could someone help me out?

@jslawa117 That looks like a Windows permissions issue. Might want to try to run TripleA as an administrator to see if that helps. Can you also copy the entire error message from the box here.

@jslawa117 This appears to be the same problem reported in https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/issues/1023
Note that this particular tool (TripleA Map Creator version 1 by Wisconsin) is really old and no longer supported (see here). You might want to try the Map Creator bundled with TripleA itself (select Run the Map Creator from the main screen). It still has problems, but it's supported by the TripleA dev team, which means bug reports and feature requests have a chance of being addressed.
