I'm thinking about working the navalBase into the Big World 3 map as well.

@general_zod Well sometimes there are shortcuts.... sometimes there is only the long way to bring an idea home.
There is only 165 of the them... how much work can it possibly be?

Take a look at the navalBase territoryAttachment. Maybe you can get the functionality you need from that.
