Can Someone Help me Take Out The Harbors, Airfields, Factory Upgrades For Europe 1940 Second XMLEdition?

Hi,

I was trying to revamp the Europe 1940 Second Edition Map to balance it out and feel as though the harbors and airfields are add ons that are not necessary. I like the old feel of Larry Harris games. I am also going to change the IPC for the USA a bit to make it more balanced. The game is pretty good with the units and Axis Powers but the USA has too much income to ruin the end game as always.
I try to take these out of the XML but it doesn't work for me, that's why I'm asking for help.

@tony Do you get an error after updating the XML? Can you post the XML after you edited it so I can take a look.

I tried it two times and got rid of it after failing.
