Such a tough decision whether Japan should take Calcutta for 4 fighters. USA spends not as much Pacific, and I think the correct response is playing aggressive and take expensive trades. But that one's expensive and costs me quite some pressure in China. China is already way more healthy than I'd like.

Damn, I realise now that I should have asked about scrambling to Eastern Szwechwan first. With the odds as they were I would have scrambled against China, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. So if you actually didn't want to scramble, I'd need to redo my UK turn. Otherwise I'll need OOL and scrambles for Tobruk and Burma.

@gully Actually, I would have scrambled one plane to SZ 51. I could prevent you from moving your transports in ncm. For quite some time we had the rule that you couldn't move during cm and ncm (other than planes). I'll edit the transports and the infantry.
If you want to reroll Tobruk and SZ 51, i don't mind. It's not about hitting anything. That would only be a bonus -

@wirkey I just tested it. The engine allows the loading and moving in combat move and the unloading in NCM. Would you accept this or did you mean, that not doing so is a player enforced rule? It would probabyl still be allowed to load and move but not unload in combat or is this against the spirit of only making moves that actually lead to combat or change of territory ownership in the combat move phase?

@wirkey Its all semantics.... I have never understood the need for the newish engine enforced CM & NCM distinctions. Since you could have easily just done it all in NCM then the move would be considered 100% legal.

Scramble is possible to SZ24 (England), SZ25 (North Sea) and Stalingrad. And the sub in SZ25 wants to know if submerge, and I need an OOL for SZ24. I guess we can just do it in the lobby sometime tomorrow.

Another thing I learned about the game mechanic: Can't retreat into sz25 unless I formally attack the sub (which submerges anyway). I thought I could just ignore subs in my turn. A submerged sub doesn't make the seazone "hostile" anymore.
