[Fixed] Global 1942 victory condition bug

All,
I am playing as Japan and have held 6 Pacific victory cities for an entire round (from Japan's turn to Japan's turn) and it didn't give me a victory (I also still own Rome, Berlin and Japan).
The 6 cities I hold are India, Philippines, Japan, Kwangtung, Kiagsu and Hawaii.
Is this a known issue?

jonpflActually, my friend said it did announce, I didn't see it.

@jonpfl Open your savegame and look at history. If you got it anytime, it should be recorded at that point.
