Awesome Expansion. Can it be added to Triple A?

I've discovered a great yet simple expansion which has completely re-invigorated my love for playing on the board game. It's called world on fire. (http://gamesmiths.us) Is there any chance of getting features for cards like this added to triple a? -

@ubernaut I think he is basically reffering to, "cards," in general. An example would be "Risk," Cards. Unfortunately no has coded a card system yet for TripleA.
