Total world war question

Recently starting to play TWW. Just wondering if a particular country(minor or major) is suited to be played by hard AI or this game best to be played completely by us humans.

@forthebirds Yeah, while the Hard AI can play it and shouldn't crash, it doesn't understand a number of essential rules like using materials to build things, research centers/techs, etc. As of now, its really just meant for all human players.
