Hello Everyone - as of this moment, we officially have 22 participants. I will send out today an email to everyone that has registered so far. I will accept registration through Friday, September 22nd, and after that, registration will be closed.
On Saturday, September 23rd, the bracket will be officially posted, along with initial pairings, and you may begin immediately thereafter. Given that we have over 16 participants, some of you may be in a qualifying bracket.
As stated previously, either PBEM (play by email) or PBF (play by forum) is allowed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write to me directly at 5683deltium@gmail.com

Hi - I've had some questions from a few people who haven't played PBEM before. Here's the link to how to play PBEM. First step is to just register for the Marti dice server, and the rest is quite easy!

OK the ToC 11 bracket is officially posted !! Our dedicated link is below:
As you can see in the bracket, we have a total of 24 participants, indicating that we need to have a qualifying round for 16 participants, before we can start the 2nd round.
I'm familiar with about half of you, in terms of your strength, and I did my best to seed everyone appropriately. For some of you that I did not know, I opted to put you into the qualifying section, so please don't take any offense.
You may begin immediately. The bracket will be updated as I receive results. In keeping with tradition, please post your results here with some detailed commentary of the game (because it is enjoyable to read), and please also send me an email at 5683deltium@gmail.com so that I may update the bracket immediately online.

OK, a couple of results have been posted.
- Abeldbest defeats AFatCat (please post a brief game summary here), and
- Tulkas defeats Rtoolooze (Buddy), and here is the game summary sent to me:
Tulkas (axis +10) over Buddy in R4. Axis had good dice in Round 1 and beyond putting allies in a defensive position and enabling Russia to fall in R3. From there the battle moved to attacking UK from Germany and US from Pacific.

Hammond axis def. NOD allies
Axis got the bid at 11 and although Germany got off to a good start, its buddy Japan was fighting for its survival in the early rounds as UK, Russia, and USA (planes) made for some delicate Japan play that could have very easily been Japan's downfall. This did create some light for Germany and it rolled towards Russia and took Caucaus, but could go no further as USA and UK put the brakes on any more territorial gains. However, after Japan escaped from immediate danger, it finally began its march towards Moscow. Cut-off, Russia had to endure a double hit just in the knick of time as UK and USA were about to make Germany and English speaking country. GG NOD

Deltium (Allies) defeats Cdnadjustment. Axis get some tough dice early, which created a material IPC swing, which was hard to recover from. Axis captured and held Karelia early, only to pull back to Berlin as the KGF took hold. Japan advanced methodically to Moscow, but the Allied economic advantage was too high for the Axis to capture, and Berlin soon fell, sealing the Axis fate.
Thanks Cdnadjustment for a good game, and hope you to play you again sometime, perhaps in v3 where you're clearly more experienced!

Hammond (Allies) defeats Wasp. It was a fairly quick game that probably came down to whether or not Japan could get its fleet into the Med. The Allies had to sacrifice good equipment to keep that from happening. After the smoke cleared, German was in defensive mode and Allies could control aftrica and East Europe. Wasp could have kept going, but made an honorable surrender. Thanks for the game! GG
