World War II Global Balanced Mod3 feature request addition

We would like the ability to roll for tech development on both charts and get more than one tech per turn. Thanks.
Our group plays this mod and we use tech with tokens.

@Panther Actually, I believe he is in the right place, as it is currently just not possible getting more than one tech per phase in the v3 (token based) model. So, this would be a new feature for the program itself.
It would be also realistic, because it really doesn't make sense that it is impossible getting more than one tech at the same time.

@Cernel I did not intend to imply that here is the wrong place, as I agree with you regarding the feature. Instead I wanted to additionally point to the community where this mod derives from, is discussed and played a lot.

@loki17 to add a second tech roll, add a second tech and tech_activation step for each player. This will work for this mod because both steps are together, and the tech for the first roll must be activated prior to making the second tech roll. If the steps were split, with tech at the beginning and activation at the end, then this method would not work.
To split the cards, one technology category could be used, with one list added, the other removed, prior to each tech roll.

@wc_sumpton That is why I said "per phase", not "per turn", but, if done this way, wouldn't you roll the same tokens again missing the first time?

@Cernel That depends, in this mod the remove tokens property is set to false, so the only time tokens are removed would be when there is a successful roll. If you wanted to remove the tokens between each roll, then a trigger could be created to do that.
As to the granting more then one tech using v3 or any version would only be a matter of conditions and triggers. The roll and activation would only set flags on dummy techs, conditions to read those flags and triggers to grant the tech when needed. Granted the technology window get crowed, but that window is hard to read as it is. It just simpler with this mod to do it this way.
