File Name Changing with Download

I posted a mod called "Hearts_of_Iron2". It is the repository under https://github.com/triplea-maps/Hearts_of_Iron2.
When I download it using 2.5, the file that is downloaded is "hearts_of_iron_2-master.zip". Where does extra underscore come from? The downloaded file errors out, but the original folder (on a different computer) works.
