This is very exciting. I did not see any docs on being able to attack neutrals with air power and I wondered what your plans for that are ?

Oops missed that off.
- Axis Players & USSR can attack neutrals with Aircraft
- AI Axis & USSR 1:3 chance to Attack neutrals with Aircraft or 2:3 chance not to attack neutrals with aircraft.
