Gmail problem/question

All,
I am just getting back to TripleA and I cannot set up my gmail to send a test email.
I get the following error, does anyone know what is going on? I turned off 2 factor auth and it still didn't work, do I need to add something for gmail under authorized apps?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
