Global 1940 mod 3 UK Pacific last NO bugged?

UKs last national objective states 3PUs for UK Pacific if UK Pacific controls West India, and either Egypt or Union of South Africa is Allied controlled and there are no enemy subs in western Indian Ocean sz 71...81
I have never seen it show as true and it should show as true at the start of every game. I guess its bugged? -
Nevermind. I see in the notes it says "must be at war with Japan" though in the NO itself in the Objectives tab that clause is missing.

@constrainer Hi constrainer : ) You can go to the A&A site ( they have a stickied thread for it ) and recommend they clarify "when at war with Japan" or something on their next update
