UK 6 - Well I sure "feel like" I am getting the hang of this game.
SUMMARY:
I First took @beelee advice and whacked 1 inf at Carolines and moved that bomber (just sent him to Korea). So that way the Carolines Island invasion cost me an extra guy but was all Kosher.
I checked the SSR conscripts by the way and that is all correct: 10 in Moscow, 3 each in those other two zones (Karelia and Ukraine) - In this game Karelia is Novgorod I guess.
I bought an airfield for Egypt (I like those) and a Heavy Industry upgrade for the Egypt factory (which would not place automagically for some reason so I had to use edit. But were I to place it in South Africa, it would have worked. Go figure)
I also had to use Edit to invade those 3 Frenchie places - They were unguarded so why not? The French maidens went crazy with the para boys and there was much wine, rejoicing and shhhh, other types of celebration... Of course, the Nazis or their evil henchmen will take it all back but what else should the UK do until the USA just lays down 6,645,453,002 Sherman tanks ; which will hopefully be soon except those pesky Japanese keep getting in the way and slowing down the Yanks... BUT NEXT TURN I have BIG SURPRISE for Adolf, heehee.
I don't know what else to say here. The Brits sure got themselves a bunch of money this turn !
And the paras all have some doppelgänger units with Bright RED dots. What the heck are those?
Did I do everything correct? I took out that magical land water transport thingie that the Mafia had in Syria. THOSE THINGS REALLY SCARE ME - they are boats that are land units. WTF
Anyway, that Syria attack was a nice set of rolls and maybe made up for losing those bombers but who knows.
Oh and I rail-roaded one New British Tank into SSR because the RR let me - please don't tell me I can't do that... :). Or tell me... I just do what I think is correct and The UK needs to get two more tanks there asap.
Also for the record: I have yet to actually look at what units the Germans have bought for the simple reason that I felt I had absolutely no choice in the matter until now - but now I am studying what Field Marshall von @Trout Tasty Fish has purchased and I admit TO BEING VERY SCARED.

That was weird - but this is the correct game save - the previous one did not have the Carolines Island Edit (the bomber went to Korea) and 1 Inf went to the bottom of the Pacific...
There are times when I think this game may be too complicated for my small brain. Like I swear I made those edits... yet they were not there when I checked. I try to play out copies of these games in local mode to get a feel for the game so that was likely what happened. Anyway should be correct now but please check.

You can't upgrade the Egypt Fctry. Only Fctrys that exist at Game Start

Paratroopers use a "ParaBoost" to give the Paratrooper a +1 on attack and defense for the first rd of battle.
They are explained on page 18 of the Captain's rulebook

The AirBase is placed in 2nd place phase, same as OOB rules. It looks like you forgot to move the Flying Tiger.Edit 3
UK can use it's Rail in Russia. However, triplea took an incorrect path through the Pro Allied NW Persia. This is incorrect but as one can easily see, there is an alternative route through East Persia.Triplea also activated NW Persia when the Rail moved through it, which is also incorrect. So NW Persia needs to retutn to it's original Pro Allied status.

I thought I did it, but the two frenchies in the UK were supposed to turn British last turn- so I used edit to turn them. Please turn them back if I misread the UK Turn 5 or did something wrong. It's probably no big deal either way and I wonder how such a rule even came into being.

@trout Wow - I am totally jet lagged but I don't know how I did that mistake. Fortunately there were no dice rolls and such so I just took your Mafia turn and redid the Aussies and their one French buddy.
I apologize for this - as I start to figure out this game I expect to be better at all the details ... but in my defense I had just returned from a week away from Mrs JC and, well, let's just say that the very fact that I even tried to work in a turn says a ton about my respect for you and @Beelee too - I really do love this game.
And, in fact, I did say to her last night, "Of course, dear wife, I love you more than any silly game... but these guys are so AWESOME and this game is so COMPELLING. I just need to do this turn ..."

.... And the text file of this amazingly complicated turn : Again, no big stuff. Just had those two French guys turn to UK guys per the rules - and again my sloppiness I guess did not catch that like I should have but definitely let me know if that is wrong.
The French moved a destroyer to block the IJN from crushing the Aussies for one more turn. And the Aussies built a factory in a MUCH better place IMHO. I guess the French guy in Brazil cannot turn to UK because the rules state something like, "any French inf IN THE UK" and I took that literally... again please let me know if that is mistaken.

So this turn SSR just bought the first of their new MASS ARMOR production, hehehe, and we built an airbase and small factory out east and lost a battle in Western Ukraine.
I also spent one ruble on converting a UK tank into a T35/85. Another nice deal.
I put into the game notes that those 4 Land Mines are armed and I used the RR 3 times - one to move a factory (I had no idea we could do that), and a tank, and a conscript sucker to the far east.

@beelee I know. And I tried that in practice games with the AI and it would not allow me to do it.
QUESTION: What does the ESCORT do? And why does it say that it has a Transport value of 1? What is that light?

Nice clean turn. The AB premature deployment was the only f up and it had no affect on the game

The Escort has a Trprt value so it can Trprt Naval MinesEdit 2
They are your cheapest blocker and defend at 3 when in "Convoy" mode. Needs a liitle edit sometimes so check in Game Notes and the captain's rulebook
