@panzerstahl-helm-0 How do I make Tyoko a heavy underground factory? (it is currently a heavy factory) is it just the 1 3 ipc upgrade or do I need to downgrade and then upgrade?

Yea you lose the Hvy Ind when you go Undrg.

So you have to edit in units so you can place the Upgrades.

Edit in a Major Fctry and a Major Undrg Fctry. Buy a Undrg Major and a Undrg Hvy Ind. That should allow you to place both during 1st Place.

Then delete everything except the Undrg Hvy
