A noob's first attempt at setting up a PBF game thread.

Ok, so coming at this from the perspective of a new gamer, that knows nothing about how to do this, I'll post my progress and findings on what works for me and what doesn't.
So, onto the first question relating to this:
Where should a new member go to ask these kinds of questions?Second question:
When I get to this screen, what am I supposed to do next/before this?
I'm hoping to end up with a thread that can serve as a 'how too' kinda thing, so new folks can just "go there - do that" a a first step in the learning process.
Any thoughts?

Dice Server:
- For using the dice-server you need to register your mail-address at

- Enter your and your opponent's mail addresses.
- Enter the Game ID - anything you want here, I usually use the topic-ID, see as follows:
Play By Forum:
- create a thread in the Play By Forum section
- identify the topic-ID (the number shown in the URL of that thread) and enter it
- enter your forum name and forum password
Don't always trust TripleA when it comes to rules questions. Know the rules before you start … and better check what TripleA has done.
