Have you ever successfully used this feature?

@prastle Edited my post accordingly

Just tried this as it's the first time I've used it and it seems to work. I presume when you host, you can invite someone or just wait and see if someone joins if they are interested in playing?

@scousemart Right. You can also customize the comment that shows in lobby games list.

@cernel Ok. I have just realised that I originally posted on the poll that I couldn't use it, but since then, I've messnig around with Port Forwarding and I guess I somehow managed to get it working.
I have another question regarding Hosting a Bot but I think I should post it in a relevant thread. -
@scousemart The question was not if you can host. The question was if you can use an host aid that I believe it has already been removed in latest (not sure) (maybe the poll should be closed, if it is still open).
-
@Cernel That's correct.
The feature was removed because it was not consistently working on all computers and made use of a feature that should be disabled on routers by default due to security concerns.
I'm still searching for an alternative that works consistently across all devices.
If we ever decide to bring this feature back, then it'll be in a way that prevents users from hosting for the lobby if their IP is not publicly accessible. -
@cernel OK, gotcha.
