Have a button that shows all your units
-
Could stick it below the Actions, Players, Resources, It would show your unit totals. Kinda like the territory thing does but for all your dudes.
Thought about posting in the UI discussion but didn't want to distract. Move if necessary. Not that you need my permission

Cheers...

How would that be different to the unit count under the "Players" panel?
-
@simon33
it would say
22 infantry
12 artillery
6 armor
4 fighter
etc...
that kinda thing -
Oh boy. How would you fit that in? Another tab folder within the tab folder, really wide table (bad for maps with different types per nation). Or only show the current nation?
-
@simon33
no just have a tab like territory under the other ones and when you click on it it takes it
to your stats -
That was my first option, a tab folder within the tab page, wasn't it?
-
@simon33 idk i didn't see it. If so, that would be a good thing to have imo

Yeah, this would be cool (as a separate tab), also giving the unit types total per side. I remember in Axis & Allies I liked to sum up for the side, then creating tables to see how many battleships, et cetera, Axis and Allies had, respectively. This video reminded me of that, as well:
https://youtu.be/P1yRZNYxnAE?t=384Also in history books you usually find, like, how many of bombers and battleships and submarines and cetera Axis and Allies had at start war or some point. The total number is really rather meaningless, and could be removed from the Player tab, if this tab would be available, then.
The only problem would be with maps like Total World War, where you have different names for basically the same types of units (I tend to se that as just a hack, or at least a workaround, to do things that are not really supported).
