Can I change the map skin while the game is already in progress?

I know I've been posting on a here a lot, so I apologize for that haha, but if anyone could help me with this, I'd appreciate it thank you.

In the menu, View/Map Skins (as long as that map has any).
To add Map Skins for a map (as long as that map has any):
In the starting window, Download Maps/Skins/Available
