Cannot Move Units

There is this weird bug in the New World Order online when both me and my opponent could not move some of our units on the front line in the combat move, especially the tanks even though we had not moved them and it was the start of our turn. You could end up moving the units on your non combat move, but then you could not attack. This was not a one time issue. It happened a few times for each of us and we only played 5 rounds.
