Forming a "Maps Team"

@LaFayette I can give a link when i am back on pc, but if you are at the triplea-maps page, it is there. It has 2 maps that i couldn't put issues in. I also got most of the issues and PRs from all the maps in it in some way.
If i understand it right, i think i have it setup so that new issues and PRs will show up in it. Not 100%sure though.

@ubernaut I didn't get that. Was i already in it? If so, i don't think i have gotten very many emails for them.

It sounds like a lot, but the activity is relatively low across all of those repositories. Across all of December, I received only 7 emails from them all.

Please DM if you're willing to lead the maps team, I think we need to have a point person to make sure we make some forward progress. I haven't been able to put as much effort towards this as I would have liked.
