Problem Loading Saved Games

So after uninstalling and reloading the game I still have issue of loading a saved game
After opening a saved game it appears to load but the "play" button remains greyed out.
Win 64, Java 11.0.6 engine 2.5.22294
Any insight how to fix this issue?

@jimbo are you selecting "Start Local Game" or "Play By Forum or Email" ?

@beelee Okay I was loading the map then looking for the game to begin. When I select "local game" with the map loaded it works. User error. Thanks

@jimbo right on. Yea sometimes it goes straight to the save if you're already on it and don't need to do that. happened to me when i first started using triplea : )
