Help with NWO axis game with hard AI

Hello all, New to the forum as I do not post much to forums. I decided to play through all the WW2 maps on hard AI as both side. Once I have won both sides I move on to the next map. I have played several games as axis on the NWO map with the hard AI. I cannot figure out how to get the win. I get to about turn 15 and realize that Russia has a huge army that I cannot penetrate. Any help would be appreciated.

@iguana832 speed helps, i tend to go as light into paris as i can to make sure i get it, everything else heads towards russia.
watch some others play and you might see some new ideas.

@iguana832 Unless there are support attachments, expendable units or terrain effects, the Fast AI will play just as well as the Hard AI, and it is faster.

I imagine that your opening moves as Axis are not as strong as they could be. Here is an example round 1 turn on the NWO map from a tournament game save game that I got ahold of a long time ago. NWO_example_turn_1.tsvg

Thank you for your replies. After 10-15 attempts to beat the Hard AI I think I did it this time. It is looking good so far and I have Russia under control.
