Communists in "No Man's Land

I have been playing "Domination 1914 No Man's Land". I love this game, but there are 2 changes I would make. 1st Communists should not be allowed to venture outside the Russian borders [much like China in "WW2 Global series]. 2nd Russia needs to be slightly weaker.
