How do you embed a hyperlink/url in the XMLs CDATA section?
I can only get it to show as text or underlined, but refuses to load the url.

@thedog Is it an option to have your map work be done for 2.6? With 2.6, you can avoid CDATA blocks pretty much entirely.

Yes 2.6+ would be fine, do you have any examples? -
