I was playing the AI and Germany took Shantung with a complex on from the USA and its become there's - I thought being originally a Japanese terotority beggining of game it should revert to Japanese should it not, (as Japan is still alive)?

@bluelionman yea so if you hit the "Territory" tab while on Shantung it'll show "Original Owner" as Chinese. Just starts out Japanese controlled
