Board game mode

Curious if anyone has tried to use TripleA to enhance a physical board game session of Axis & Allies?
I've noticed it's hard to get my board game friends to play A&A due to play time length being too long compared to other games. I figured I could use the board game's AI to play as other countries to speed up play time. Or, I could use the battle calculator to speed up dice rolling.
Has anyone tried to use TripleA this way before?

@kgriffiths i think mirroring the results to a physical board would just slow things down

@kgriffiths Why not play TripleA at a computer and cast it to big TV screen? For that matter play the game co-operatively against the AI.

@rogercooper We did this once and it worked great. Hooked up a laptop to a large-screen TV and used a wireless keyboard to make the moves in TripleA.
It felt like a Pentagon War Room from the movies! 🪖

️It is faster than normal Axis and Allies board games because everyone does their "drama" dice rolls.
But I agree that mirroring the results would slow things down.

@skygawker that's awesome
