joining too many times

i know in bots if a player joins and exits and joins again too many times it can cause issues but does it also cause issues in a self hosted room?

@silverbullet in the past I've noticed if I join a game with a different map version it crashes the game. That's why I don't or very rarely anyway, join a game unless I'm confident it's the same version.
Idk if this still happens or not. Don't really wanna piss anymore people off to find out.

@beelee lol, yeah im just curious if its only in bots that has issues with joiners or its also self hosted games.
