Discuss the units and tech of the proposed map, Domination 1941.

Overview
My objective is to create the following:
- A big picture, deep strategy WWII map.
- A first-rate tech system.
- High level of authenticity. The map should feel like WWII.
I've drawn inspiration from Domination 1914 No Man's Land; which is an outstanding map. I've also drawn inspiration from other great maps, such as NWO, NWO Lebowski, and WAW.

Dive bombers provide support in land battles only. They provide support on both offense and defense. Each dive bomber supports two land units.
Torpedo bombers provide support in naval battles only. They provide support on both offense and defense. Each torpedo bomber supports two naval units. Only destroyers and cruisers are supportable in naval battles; therefore only those ships can receive support from torpedo bombers.
Note that Superfortress bombers cannot strategically bomb. This is because they have 2 hitpoints. -
